Coaching time-tables are flexible and vary in length according to the desired
outcomes of each client and a realistic timeframe for achieving the changes desired. Transformation of thought, behavior
and action take time and effort to develop. To achieve real lasting change, I recommend that clients seriously
commit to a minimum timetable of three to six months.
Typical Coaching
sessions are held 3 times per month in 40 minute telephone sessions at a mutually convenient time. My preference
is to have sessions the 2nd, 3rd and 4th weeks of each month on the same day and time. Of course, alternative arrangements
can be made to accommodate individual needs of clients. In our initial session, we establish expectations
and desired outcomes which may take up to 2 hours and can be completed in person or over the phone. I often follow up between sessions with a quick e-mail to help clients stay connected and involved in their
process. All client / coach interactions are held with the highest degree of confidentiality.
Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month and can be made by check or with credit card through PayPal.
Cancellation Policy: My aim is to help
you to achieve the results you desire. If however, you are not satisfied in any way with your progress or choose to
cancel before a term is complete, you are absolutely free to do so with no further financial obligation. My only request
is that you notify me 48 hours prior to our next session and that you participate in a brief telephone completion exercise,
which takes about 15 minutes.
